**New pricing** Located near the Frederick County line on Route 355 in Clarksburg, the former Hyattstown United Methodist Church complex comprises three land parcels, which include a small church with hall, a former parsonage, modular classrooms, and a cemetery.  The seller is unable to subdivide the cemetery.

The cemetery conveys with the sale.  The buyer's responsibility regarding the cemetery is to permit public access during reasonable times, to keep the grass mowed, and to permit (at no cost to buyer) any remaining scheduled burials.  A map is available with a signed LOI. There is expected to be an endowment for care of the cemetery; the amount is anticipated to be $100,000, disbursed annually over approximately 10 years.
