TERMS: Successful bidder will be required to enter into an “AS IS”, non-contingent purchase agreement and pay $7,500 non-refundable earnest money down payment the day of auction. All personal property is being offered on a separate auction. Balance is due with certified funds on or before October 21, 2024, the date of closing.
