Once you fly into Page for a fun time at beautiful Lake Powell or surrounding area, park your plane inside out of the elements. This hangar is located at the Page Municipal Airport on pad D-408. The walls of the hangar are insulated w /exception of one wall which abuts your neighbor, the ceiling is also insulated. There are overhead lights and electrical outlets in hangar - each hangar pays their own electric directly to Page Electric. The City of Page Land Lease is for 15 years with two (2) five (5) year extensions - the annual land lease is $530 + City tax, gate cards are $15 each annually plus Coconino County property taxes of $528.78 per year.
