Updated One Bedroom Basement level Apartment for rent at $1,300, per month. The application is attached! The rent includes all utilities. All work will be completed with stove and refrigerator installed prior to move-in. The bathroom is a stall shower with NO bathtub. The apartment offers front and back egress. A completed application is required with all required documents. The fee is $20.00 per adult applicant (fee is non-refundable). We will invoice you for the fee after we receive your completed application. Applicant's must provide proof of consistent employment, documented income of at least 35x's the monthly rent, photo identification, proof of previous rent payments, and have decent credit of approximately 600 FICO score or better and no evictions. A one year lease is available to start. If offered the apartment at lease signing you will need to pay $1,300 for the first month rent, plus $1,300 for the security deposit and $1300 for the broker's fee. If you move in mid-month then the pro-rated amount for that month will also be due at lease signing.
