OWNER FINANCING!! Currently in the process of total remodel. This is a beautiful building and from the moment you walk in you see the high end and well thought out finishes throughout. Wow! its gorgeous!! Originally there was a one-story building which held JE Thomas Grocery. Later, a 2-story building was erected and Lawrence Grocery was on the lower floor of two. The building burned and Mr. Gibson, the local railroad agent had the current building constructed as an investment. The first movie theater in town was in the new building. The Masonic Lodge met upstairs for many years using the outside stairs to reach the upper floor.
