Here is a note from the seller: My parents had a bowling alley with a lounge and event center on the southeast corner.  We had a lot of lake traffic customers who stopped for fuel at Speedway…and spirits at Jolly Lanes.  There was also a lot of truck traffic because of Speedway…which also, at one time, had a restaurant.

Commercial tax abatement - 75% for 15 years.

There are live rail lines for commercial/industrial rail spurs.   

There is a biking trail along the south side of the railway tracks.  There are no activities along this trail that I am aware of, no places to have a picnic, play miniature golf, get a bottle of water, use the restroom, etc., no hotel to spend the night.    

Agriculturally , this land has premium fine topsoil.  The farmers in the area know this.  This is also part of the auditor’s report.
