Niles Hotel est. in 1912. 304 S. Main St. in Alturas, Ca. The building is home to several thriving businesses with plenty of opportunity for more. Currently, a "Proudly Served" Starbucks Coffee, Niles Roadhouse Restaurant, Niles Saloon and JE Niles Events Room and Catering.
