Lake area seasonal business known as Chapman Lake Marina and Hide-Away Campground. Marina building is 30x53 pole building construction with 20x42 covered lean-to. It offers boat gas, fishing bait & tackle, convenience store items and has a small kitchen for pizza sales. Most trade fixtures and inventory included. Older MH behind the marina building previously rented year around for $600/month (included utilities). The CLCA clubhouse is available for daily renting to its members for birthday parties, wedding receptions, graduation parties, family reunions and other functions. The Chapman Lakes are located one hour from Fort Wayne and South Bend and two hours from Indianapolis and Chicago. Big Chapman is a spring fed all-sport lake (one cleanest lakes in Indiana) and is connected by a 2-way channel to Little Chapman Lake (10 mph speed limit fishing lake). Good boating, swimming & fishing lakes.
