Nice restaurant/retail location on the south side of Bozeman on the high traffic corner of South 3rd and Kagy. This is the former location of Blacksmith Italian, so a great location for restaurant, and would also work well for retail with some modifications. Busy complex with several office users, Postal Annex, Feast, 20/20, Zephyr Cycling Studio, Hatch Pediatrics and many others. All kitchen equipment has been removed, but the counter top and some built in seating remain. There is a main dining area and counter seating open to the kitchen. There is also additional seating in a side room, and an outdoor patio for extra space in the warmer months.
