The property is located along the westbound lane of Georgia Highway 138 which is a 2-lane state highway that connects the city of Monroe and the city of Walnut Grove within Walton County, and it intersects U.S. Interstate 20 within the city of Conyers (+/-) 12 miles southwest of the property.
