There is also a small window-type air conditioner installed in the forward wall, which will help enable more summer months of enjoyment in this room. The large storage shed has an access door in a walkway that leads from the Florida room to the rear of the home. It's a great place to keep the golf cart under cover from the elements. Behind the normal storage shed is a Rubbermaid-type storage container as well. Wynne Building Corporation now requires a resident application for prospective buyers.
