MRIS Integrates Public Site with ListHubListHub Site License Delivers “The Works” to MRIS Customers at No CostMorgantown, WV – May 13, 2009 – Threewide announced today an expanded relationship with Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS), the nation’s largest MLS. Under the new agreement, Threewide will integrate consumer traffic information from MRIS’ public site, HomesDatabase.com, with the ListHubTM Internet marketing reports. ListHub, the real estate industry’s largest listing distribution network, will also be available to MRIS’ customers using Single Sign-On technology through a seamless integration with MRIS’ MLS system. ListHub’s Premium Offering, which will be available to MRIS customers through a Site License, centers on a suite of Internet marketing reports that will now include data from the HomesDatabase.com site. The integration of HomesDatabase.com with ListHub will give MRIS customers access to detailed reports on the traffic and inquiries generated by HomesDatabase.com alongside dozens of additional sites in the ListHub network where customers choose to distribute their listings. By implementing Single Sign-On with ListHub, MRIS is providing customers with seamless access to their ListHub control panel and reports through their existing MLS login. “Transparency is key in today’s online world,” stated David Charron, CEO of MRIS. “By integrating HomesDatabase.com with ListHub we are providing our customers with full access to data that measures the effectiveness of the MLS public Web site as well as other Internet marketing sites. This will give them the necessary metrics to back up online advertising decisions that are critical to their success. We chose Threewide Corporation’s ListHub platform because it is the best-in-class for data management and has already demonstrated wide adoption by our customers.” ListHub’s premium package includes a suite of sophisticated marketing reports, including data that allows brokers and agents to compare Internet marketing sites on numerous points of evaluation, data to analyze performance on property characteristics and agents, and data to geographically track Internet traffic. The ListHub reports will be available to MRIS customers at the brokerage, office, agent, and listing levels. “We are excited to expand our relationship with MRIS,” said Mark Wise, Co-Founder of Threewide Corporation. “MRIS shares our vision of embracing every opportunity to bring value to brokers and agents through ListHub. By integrating the MLS public Web site data into ListHub reports and by implementing Single Sign-On we hope to do the best possible job of empowering the customers of MRIS for Internet marketing success.” About MRIS About Threewide Corporation This press release contains various forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 regarding future results of operations and market opportunities that are based on Threewide’s current expectations, assumptions, estimates and projections about the company and its industry.
