Partners With Home And Lifestyle Leader HGTV, Adding Frontdoor.COM
To The Listhub Network
ListHub facilitates broker and agent listings to real estate Web site
with access to more than 20 million home enthusiasts
June 17, 2008 - Morgantown, WV – Threewide,
provider of the ListHub Listing Asset Management System, has signed
an agreement to make FrontDoor.com, the real estate and lifestyle
Web site powered by HGTV, a marketing channel within the ListHub network.
Through this agreement the listings of ListHub customers can be promoted
to the audience of more than 20 million home enthusiasts as part
of FrontDoor’s national on air to online promotional campaign
with HGTV.
FrontDoor.com launched near the end of 2007 with the vast audience,
experience and name recognition of cable lifestyle brand HGTV. Within
months, FrontDoor.com has quickly grown its listings inventory to
exceed 1.5 million, backed by marketing partnerships with top real
estate organizations across the U.S., including Threewide Corporation’s
ListHub.
“FrontDoor.com is an exciting addition to the ListHub network of real
estate marketing channels,” said Luke Glass, president of Threewide Corporation. “We
believe their unique interactive media position will bring tremendous value
to our broker customers.”
"Despite the market slowdown in real estate, consumers' demand
for real estate programming and content is at an all-time high," explains
Vikki Neil, vice president of real estate at Scripps Networks Interactive,
which includes HGTV.com and FrontDoor.com, among other online home
category leaders. "We're excited to partner with ListHub to make
home sellers’ properties more accessible to the audience of HGTV
and FrontDoor.com consumers who are actively interested in real estate
and looking for quality, easy-to-use information," adds Neil.
In addition to real estate listings, FrontDoor offers a myriad of original home-related "how
to" video content and articles, interactive maps, finance tools, with substantial
product rollouts in the next several months that will increase the community
data and advice from HGTV, furthering the value proposition that ListHub can
offer to its listing broker base and their home seller clients. |
