San Francisco East Bay MLSs Take ControlMorgantown, WV – December 14, 2005 – Threewide Corporation announced today that East Bay Regional Data, Inc. MLS and the Bay East and Contra Costa AOR MLSs will be installing ListExporter™ to help manage their listing data exports. “We are looking forward to using ListExporter to help us better manage our data requests,” said Waldon G. Carlson, MLS Operations Manager for the Bay East and Contra Costa Associations of REALTORS® MLS. “We have a common database with three MLSs on the same platform, so ListExporter will help each MLS better control its data.” “List Exporter will enable us to offer a higher level of service to our members,” said James Santillano, MLS Director for East Bay Regional Data. “We will be able to create customized data exports to meet the ever-changing demands of our membership. Our goal is to quickly get the information our members need to help them sell real estate.” ListExporter, the industry standard for data exports, allows even non-technical staff to selectively package listing data and images and send it to virtually any location in a variety of custom and industry standard formats. With ListExporter, MLS staff can easily create data feeds that can be pushed to different destinations, giving MLS control of the data. In addition to governing where the data is being sent, ListExporter allows the MLS to provide better service to its customers by streamlining the data export process. ListExporter allows staff to quickly create data exports or modify existing jobs and send them on demand or through scheduled recurring jobs. “ListExporter will provide EBRDI, Bay East and Contra Costa AOR MLSs better control over their listing data,” said Mark Wise, Chief Product Officer for Threewide Corporation. “We are continually working with our customers to enable them to provide more services to their members while safeguarding their listing data.” About the Bay East, Contra Costa and EBRDI MLSs About Threewide Corporation This press release contains various forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 regarding future results of operations and market opportunities that are based on Threewide’s current expectations, assumptions, estimates and projections about the company and its industry.
